DENISE PETERSEN » Our Golden Girl

My most recent portrait of our beloved girl, Lucille.

I wanted to paint this to commemorate her turning the big 1-0.

I'm thrilled to announce that this painting took BEST IN SHOW (traditional category) for the 7th Annual Womens Artists Art Exhibit through Fusion Art.

Thank you, Fusion Art!

Find the show now through September 14th at https://www.fusionartps.com/7th-annual-women-artists-art-exhibition-2024/

As a result of my Best In Show at Fusion, you can find me on their Members Gallery: https://www.fusionartgallery.art/denise-petersen/

As of Sept. 27, 2024 - Big news for this piece!

It's currently on display at The Dole in Crystal Lake, IL. At the recent reception (4th Fridays event), this painting took not only an Honorable Mention, but the People's Choice award!

I am so very thrilled!
